ENVIRONMENT

SPACE- There should be sufficient space for the user to move around and be comfortable
HOUSEKEEPING- Equipment should be kept clean and required maintenance done
ATMOSPHERIC CONDITION- the room should be at a good temperature and with fresh air
NOISE- Both external and internal noise should be kept within reasonable levels 
LIGHTING- Lighting should be sufficient and set up so as not to reflect off the screen
DECOR- Should be pleasant and relaxing 
PRINTER LOCATION- Away from the user to reduce noise and smell

Health And Wellbeing

Desk Dimensions; Have a large desk space so its not all cluttered and you have enough desk space to rest your arms and find the correct arm positioning.

Posture in chair and seating; Get an ergonomic chair, and sit straight up. should place elbows at 90 degrees.

height; Desk should be high and low enough so your elbows are on a 90 degree angle while placed on desk and key board.

Feet Placement; Have your seat set so your knees are on a 90 degree angle and are firmly on the ground.

Position of monitor, The position of the monitor should be on direct eye level, eyes should be sitting at 90 degrees with the screen. You should not have to look up or down.

Keyboard And Mouse Relative To User;  Your elbows are on a 90 degree angle while placed on desk and key board. keyboard and mouse should be in line with your elbows. 

Rest Periods And Exercises. You should have regular rest periods to increase blood flow through the body. It may stop blood clots.

HARDWARE STUFF


ROM: read only memory is used to be read. It job in the computer is start it up because it is the same every time.

RAM: Random access memory is used to store information but then it retrieves the information when it needs it again .

CPU: Central processing unit is a section of the computer that carries instructions of a computer program

Motherboard:  The motherboard holds many of the crucial components of the system

Keyboard: The keyboard typically has characters engraved orprinted on the keys and each press of a key typically corresponds to a single written symbol.

Mouse: The mouse's motion typically translates into the motion of a cursor on a display.

Display monitor: A monitor or display is an electronic visual display for computers.

Disk drive:

Printer: a printer is a peripheral which produces a text or graphics of documents stored in electronic form, usually on physical print media such as paper or transparencies.

Digital camera: a digital camera is a camera that takes video or still photographs, or both, digitally by recording images via anelectronic image sensor.

Scanner: A scanner is a device that optically scans images, printed text, handwriting, or an object, and converts it to adigital image.

Modem:

WiFi: A Wi-Fi enabled device such as a personal computer, video game console, Smartphone, or digital audio player can connect to the Internet when within range of a wireless networkconnected to the Internet.
